One of the most important service features in any inpatient ward is speed. Accordingly, it was mandatory to make such service requests reach the medical staff at the nurse station with convenience, elegance, and efficiency.
The Nurse Call System by Smart-Group serves all these and delivers a cutting-edge service level directly to nurse handheld smart-phones as well as to the hospital server and nurse station supervisor.
A. Nurse Call Wall Panel
This panel is used to page the Nurse. Also, Nurse can use it to Report Service, Report Emergency, and to Confirm Service Completed. The Panel accepts 2 NO/NC Inputs (e.g., Bed Call Button and Toilet Call Button)
- White = Idle
- Red = Nurse Needed Flashing
- Green = Nurse Serving
- Emergency = (To activate, keep pressing on Call for 3 sec)
B. Room NC Display
This Nurse Call Display is designed to visually alert Nurse Call needs, service or emergency status, with ability to view from a distance. The panel also contributes and can add the room number to its display.
- Green = Nurse Serving
- Emergency = (To activate, keep pressing on Call for 3 sec)
- White = Idle
- Red = Nurse Needed Flashing
C. Room NC Display
The Nurse Station is cascadable and has built-in backlit LED that displays colored request and service status. This elegant table-top station is capacitive touch, and can be controlled by Nurse wishfully.
